Resolute Clothing Co is primarily an e-commerce shopping experience. Wherever you can connect on-line from your mobile or desktop device you can find us. Shop 24/7 and we will ship worldwide.

For now, we are strictly an on-line store service. We are currently exploring opportunities to bring Resolute Wearables to retail locations. Subscribe to our newsletter to be one of the first to receive news on this.

We ship from Toronto. All returns and exchanges are dealt with from here, too.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order placed. Shipping fees may vary based on place of destination and third-party carrier fees. Shipping service is subject to Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). 

We do offer shipping and product discounts from time to time. Look on-line for promotions on these, or (better yet) subscribe to our email service for news, discounts and more.

Depending on where you are requesting an item to be shipped, most orders will arrive within 5 business days. If your item has not arrived in 10 business days, please send an email to info@resoluteclothingco.com so we can resolve the delivery delay.

We want to make sure you are satisfied with the fit and feel of your Resolute Wearable. We appreciate sizing is a personal preference, so it's important that you pick the right size. Before you buy a Resolute Wearable be sure to review our Sizing Chart. Note the sizing measurements are in inches.

We recommend that you wash our products in cold water with like colours. Washing items turned inside-out helps to extend the life of the screen printing. We recommend not ironing directly over the designs. Tumble dry on a low setting or hang dry for best results.

Please email us as soon as possible at info@resoluteclothing.com if you are requesting to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we're not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order. See our refund policy for more information about returns.

Here are a few ways to become involved. When you purchase any item from Resolute Clothing Co. A minimum of 10% of our profit is donated to charities working with youth. The more you buy, the more we donate. Shop with us often and encourage your co-workers and friends!
