Where are you based?

We're based in the Toronto, Ontario; Canada's largest and the world's most international city with over 200 languages spoken. Toronto is well-known for its diversity and welcoming neighbourhoods.

Are there any local (physical) stores where I can buy Resolute Wearables? 

For now we are strictly an on-line store service. We are currently exploring opportunities to bring Resolute Wearables to retail locations. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the one of the first to receive news on this.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Toronto. All returns and exchanges are dealt with from here, too. 

How much will I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order placed. Shipping fees may vary based on place of destination and third-party carrier fees. Shipping service is subject to Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). 

How long does shipping take?

Depending on where you are requesting an item to be shipped, most orders will arrive within 5 business days. If your item has not arrived in 10 business days, please send an email to info@resoluteclothingco.com so we can resolve the delivery delay. 

What is your return and exchange policy?

Where do I return my item for a refund?

If you are returning an Item, please ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. Items not received in the original condition are not eligible for a refund.  Address and send your item to: Attention: Keith Publicover, Resolute Clothing Co., 716-20 Minowan Miikan Lane, Toronto, ON M6J 0E5

How do I know what size I am? 

We want to make sure you are satisfied with the fit and feel of your Resolute Wearable. We appreciate sizing is a personal preference, so it's important that you pick the right size. Before you buy a Resolute Wearable be sure to review our Sizing Charts provided on the product page. Note the sizing measurements are in inches.

What's the best way to take care of my Resolute Wearable?

We recommend that you wash our products in cold water with like colours. Washing items turned inside-out helps to extend the life of the screen printing. We recommend not ironing directly over the designs. Tumble dry on a low setting or hang dry for best results.

Can I cancel or change my order at anytime?

Please email us as soon as possible at info@resoluteclothing.com if you are requesting to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we're not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order. See Our Refund for more information about returns.

How can I get support or get involved in your community initiatives? 

We have outlined few ways for to become involved. When you purchase any item from Resolute Clothing Co. 10% of our profit is donated to charities working with youth.
